Holiday wrapping paper or tissue paper
White craft glue
Ribbon or raffia
Small wrapped candies and trinkets
Toilet tissue cardboard tubes

Instructions

Cut paper or tissue to cover cardboard tube with about 3 inches excess at ends.
Glue paper to tube.
Tie one end of tissue with ribbon or raffia.
Fill tube from other end, then secure tissue with ribbon.
