Sunburst Cookies

You will need:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/ 2 tsp salt
• 1 cup Sunbursts*

Directions:

• Blend together all ingredients into a soft consistency then gently mix in the Sunbursts.
• Drop rounded tablespoons on pan and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
